How do you change the quality of video?

I previously owned a webcam that's resolution is only high as 320x240, and
used it with One Note. Recently, I got a new webcam that's resolution can go
up to 960x720 (Logitech Orbit AF). By using the program from logitech,
certain features, such as auto focus and face tracking, were unabled.
However, I could not change the video quality to better resolution than my
previous webcam.

So my question is: "How do you change video quality/resolution in One Note
2007?"
