how do you change the units on the measure tools to feet and inch.

I am having difficulties finding how to change the units on the measure tool
and other areas from only showing inches to showing feet and inches. Any
help is appreciated.

1. Press F2 to enter Text Edit Mode and highlight the text
2. Menu: Insert > Field
You wll see three list boxes, highlighted as follows: Custom Properties
| Length | General units
3. In the third list box, scroll down and select Feet and Inches
