How do you change who task updates are sent to? (enterprise edition)

Hi,
We're using the enterprise edition of project. Is there a way to chang
who task updates are sent to?
We've changed the owner of the project in the project center, but whe
the individuals submit updates, they're sent to the previous owner o
the project (and creator of it) for approval.
Is there some place we can change where the approvals are sent or is i
locked into who created the project?
