How do you completely disable the Outlook Junk E-mail screening?

I run my Outlook in Cached Exchange mode. I do not want to use the Junk
E-mail filtering. If you turn it off it comes back on every time you restart
Outlook. Where can this setting be disabled? If you do not use cached
exchange mode you do not have this issue.

Please send instructions on how to disable this feature.

Setting the filter level to No Automatic Filtering should do the trick. Is
the Exchange account the only account configured in the mail profile?

It does not... Shut down and reopen outlook and it turns back on.

Yes this is an Exchange Account.

But no other mail accounts are configured within the same mail profile?
Contact your admin and ask if there is any sort of policy in place that
forces you to have the Junk Email Filter enabled.
Do other users get the same behavior?
