How do you configure text wrapping???

How do you configure text wrapping for an HTML formatted e-mail, using
Outlook 2003?

I have tried Tools>Options>Mail Format>Internet Format

Checked the top check box...HTML contains pictures
Chose "Convert to HTML Format...for the "Outlook Rich text options"
76 characters...for the Plain text Auto Wrap text option

I have no other ideas...Thanks in advance for the help!

Text wrapping in HTML messages is automatic, just as it is in a web page. There's nothing to configure.

In Outlook 2003, when you set the Mail Format for HTML it doesn't seem like
it will auto wrap the text, like it use to in Outlook 2000. Using all default
settings in Outlook 2003, when typing an e-mail w/ HTML Mail Format a user is
forced to hit the enter key to return the cursor to the next line.

I've never seen that in an HTML message or heard of any other instance. If you're using Word as the email editor, have you checked to see what style is in use?
