How do you copy/paste a clip-art pic into a label ?

I copy the pic from the clip-art selection list - but it won't paste into
the blank label image

Thanks for that info Mary. However, I don't want text to overlay the pic -
I'd like to just have a pic to the left / right of any text in the label
