how do you create full sheet postcards

I downloading a postcard template and created the template but I would like
to print a full sheet and all I keep getting is one per page how do I get the
same postcard to print on full sheet.

Microsoft Vista I went to microsoft office work found the template created
one like it went to copy to the other 3 on sheet and can not copy what am I
doing wrong? or do I have to type everyone. Thank you for trying to help!!

Vista is not a program. Neither is Office. Word and Publisher are. Which
program are you usuing and which version (2003, 2007, etc)
