How do you create Tear Off Tabs in Word?

I am trying to create a flyer/ad for a used vehicle to post in areas around
town. I am trying to determine how to put the phone number on tear off tabs
sideways at the bottom. Please help.

Click on a line near the bottom of the page. Click on Table | Insert | Table
| Columns: 12 (or whatever number you want) | Rows: 1 | OK. Select the table
you just inserted, then click on Format | Text Direction, and choose one of
the two vertical options. Type your phone number and whatever other text you
want into each cell.
