how do you customize an envelope that is less than 6 inches.

You can not customize a greeting card envelope (4.375 x 5.75) even thought
the printer will print that size. I would like to use mail merge with that
size envelope and not have to use address labels.

I've done it by making Word believe it is printing on a letter-size piece of
paper. I put what I want in the area that will actually be printed on in the
envelope. Not exactly what you see is what you get, but it works.
