How do you delete an entire page in Word?

My 3rd of 7 pages needs to be deleted. Can you please tell me how to do it?

Hi Tom,

The page is not blank, it has a border and header/footer. I'm making a
cookbook, and I didn't like the formatting on that page, came up with another
idea and didn't delete the page. Please help..thanks again.

There is a section on the page I gave you to delete a page with content.
You didn't look far enough.

Select the entire contents of the page and press Delete. The border and
header/footer are not "content," since they're repeated on every page.
