I created a form (not browser enabled); put it in SharePoint via a form
library, set up versioning (minor and major), a workflow to approver
(parallel) and permissions for contributors and approvers. I only want the
contributors and approvers to be able to enter data on the form. I want all
visitors (read only access) to be able to view and print the forms saved by
the approvers.
As it is know, a visitor can open the saved form, made changes, and print
it. They can't save the changes but I need to set it up so they can't make
them. Is that possible? if so, how?
I attempted to Restrict Permissions via Infopath but when I click on Manage
Credentials I get an error message.
