How do you disable Junk email filtering via a reg key

Hi all,

I am trying to turn off my users Auto Junk Email filter in Outlook 2007. I was planning to do this via reg hack and push it out with Landesk. This is all I could find on Google http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2704329&SiteID=17 so i tried it....however, its not moving the radio button to off. Any ideas or guidance about what I am missing?
