how do you display 'modified' data on sharepoint from an infopathf

I created an infopath form and it has a text box for a managers approval.
This form is uploaded into sharepoint. I want to be able to view who added
information to this field & when in sharepoint. Currently, when you save the
form it overwrites the old version. It also only displays 'modified by' and
modified time when the entire form was saved. how do I get sharepoint to
pull when a certain field was modified and show who it was modified by?
