How do you do Reciprocal Links with Microsoft Publisher 2003

Am new to web design and used Microsoft Publisher 2003 because it came with
my computer. I now find out that if I want to SEO with Google & Yahoo to get
a ranking I need to do Reciprocal links. When I get the code from another
site where do I add it to my site (Home page, other) and how do I get the
code in (where does it go exactly)? I'm a novice so as much detail would be
appreciated.

Kevin,

I'm not sure about the code you are talking about, but Google (at least,
and maybe Yahoo) doesn't place as much emphasis on reciprocating links
as it use to. That's because everyone started doing it!

Hi Kevin,
You will need to make sure that you are on the page where you would
like the link to be and go to "Insert" then click "HTML Code
Fragment." Paste the code in the box and press ok. You will see that
a box with the code shows up on your page. You can place this box on
the page wherever you want it to be placed. Once that is done, you
can preview the actual reciprocal link or banner by going to "File"
then clicking "Web Page Preview." I hope this helps.

Hi Kevin,
You have to go to "Insert", then click on "HTML Code Fragment" and
then paste the code and click ok. A box will show up with the code on
your page. You will then need to place the box wherever you want it
to be. You can preview the actual banner underneath "File" then click
"Web Page Preview." You probably already know that part but I
included it just in case you needed it. Hope this helps.

Hi Kevin,
You will need to go to the specific page where you would like to place
the reciprocal link. Click on "Insert" then click "HTML Code
Fragment." A box should pop up and you will need to paste the link
code in the box and press ok. Another box with the code will pop up on
your page and you can place it wherever you want to on that page. You
can then see the actual link or banner by going to "File" then "Web
Page Preview." I hope this helps.
