Hi. I am using Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager. I have all of my
contacts set up into categories, in which I need to e-mail all contacts
within a given category at one time. Usually, you should be able to highlight
all contacts you want to e-mail, right-click, and select "new message to
contact" but it doesn't give you this option when you have multiple contacts
selected. The only way I can do it now is open up each individual contact,
highlight, and copy and paste their name into the To field of the e-mail.
Does anyone know how to e-mail everyone in a designated category from Outlook
business contact manager 2003? Or if there isn't a way, what do I need to do
to be able to e-mail multiple people at once, besides copying and pasting?
Thank you!
