How do you edit an email attachment when forwarding it?

I like to delete the parts that say "forward to 7 people in the next 3
minutes" on attachments that I'm forwarding. I can't seem to figure out
how to do that on this particular program.
Also...how do you just forward the attachment and not have to open a dozen
envelopes to get to it?
HELP?!
