How do you edit photos in Office 2003?

I really like Microsoft Office Picture Manager. I’m trying to find the
program on my daughter’s new Dell laptop with ‘03 but when I……. On the Start
menu, click All Programs, click Microsoft Office Tools, and then click
Microsoft Office Picture Manager….. Microsoft Office Picture Manager is not
an option. Where do I find it?

It should be on the Office CD and can be installed from it.
