How do you eliminate paragraph symbols from emails?

My reply emails now have paragraph and other symbols and an annoying dot
between words. How do I get it to return to normal?

It sounds like you are using Word as your email editor and the Show All
button (paragraph mark) is activated on your E-mail toolbar. If so, click the
button to turn it off. If this is not the case, and the Show All button is
not currently on your toolbar, please reply and we can try another option.
