How do you eliminate times from the calendar

I need more room in the calendar box to list people who are out of the office
for the day. I cannot seem to find a way to eliminate the time which takes
up space.

You haven't given us enough information to be able to advise you. Start
with:

version of Outlook
what exactly you are looking at (folder, view)
"the calendar box" is too vague
