How do you enable macros to run in a workbook?

Help with Security Settings to run Macro

I recorded a very simple Macro in a workbook, but when I try to run the Macro
an error message pops up saying that my security setting is to high and to
click on trust accepted signature box. I then set the security setting to low
and it still doesn't run.

Please help. Thanks.
