How do you enable saving in CMYK formatl in Visio 2003 for JPG?

I'm looking to use Visio to create a brochure for supply to a printer. They
require the image in CMYK format. I can choose JPG as the output format but
unfortunately the option for 'CMYK format' in the "Color Format" drop-down is
greyed out and for the life of me I can't figure out what to do to enable it.
No mention in the help and the search engines have been fruitless. Any
suggestions would be REALLY appreciated!!
