How do you get access to pull data from outlook address book?

I'm new and modifying the "Assets" template from
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC012253421033.aspx?CategoryID=CT101428241033

Note: Outlook is using Exchange Server 2007 not a POP3 or IMAP so I'm
polling from our GAL

In the Contacts area; "Contacts List" I want to change the Email Address
field to E-Mail Alias and have the "Add From Outlook" button pull the users
alias and not the full SMTP address that it currently is doing. I've also
added an "Office" field and I want the query to populate the users Office
location.

I can't seem to find the supporting query that is mapping the polled GAL
data to the "Contacts List" data. Any help?
