how do you get product key in

product key help?

during installation computer not accept product key. Bought Toshiba
Satellite Pro from Tiger Direct and am unable to install at all... locked
up... help

Where are you getting the Office product key from?
The key on the base of the laptop is the win key

Open "programs" > "uninstall a program " in control panel
and uninstall all trial programs.
