How do you import Outlook Express 6 into Outlook 2002?

I'm having a problem importing Outlook Express 6 into Outlook 2002.
The inbox, sent, etc... files are .dbx files. These files were saved
from original computer from:
Windows/ApplicationData/Identities/{CD735320-E295-11D6-AE87-9ABD94501265}/Microsoft/Outlook.

You have to make these available in OE on the current PC, before you can
Export them from OE to OL (Outlook has to be configured)

Why would the OP need a third-party tool when OE will export perfectly well
to Outlook in the first place?
