How do you insert a picture?

R

Richard Miller

When I insert a picture in word, Well here is the example:

Name
start of Picture
Address
Phone
email
etc.etc.
end of picture

When I put the picture where "start of picture" is, it takes up a bunch of
lines and then the address in a half dozen lines down. How do I fix this
problem?

You must be using Word 2000 or above, which inserts pictures "In Line with
Text." Click on the picture, which will display the Picture toolbar. Click
on the Text Wrapping button (dog icon) and choose Square. You can fine-tune
the position of the picture and distance from text using Layout | Advanced
in the Format Picture dialog.
