How do you insert a screenshot of java output in a word doc?

I am running a basic java program from dos but need to put a screen shot of the output into a word doc

If you press ALT + Prnt SCrn , the active DOSwindow will be copied to the
clipboard. Paste it into Word aith CTRL+v.
