How do you insert a template created in Word 2003 into the body of ane-mail?

I have a user who would like to instert a template created in Word
2003 into certain e-mails using outlook 2003. The template is also
listed as a signature in outlook 2003. Keeping word as the e-mail
editor, how does auto text get used to insert a template from word
2003 into the body like a signature yet using another signature that
is usually used for contact info?
