How do you link a swf file to a flv

How do you link a swf file to a flv, fp would not play my flv file so i was
told you need to link a swf file to a flv file.

You must save it as .swf format from the application that created the .flv file.

Save or convert the flv files to swf. Be warned that swf files only have 10
minutes of video time before it crashes, leaving the audio to continue on its
own.
