How do you make a screen shot of a form?

I need just a quick answer. How do you make a screen shot
of a form? I have a need to provide screenshots of some of
my access forms and don't know how to do this.

Thank you in advance!

If not already, temporarily set the Popup property of the form to Yes.
Then switch to normal view and press <Alt-PrintScreen>. An image of your
form will be copied to the Windows clipboard.

The reason for changing the form to a Popup is that otherwise
<Alt-PrintScreen> would capture the entire Access window, not just your
active form. There might be times where you want that behavior though.

....how about alt+print screen. Then open up word pad or word and paste it. It will auto fit, so you may want to set the page setting to landscape first, and fix the margins

.

Two ways:

1) While the form is open, do Alt-Print Screen. This
puts a copy of the open window on your clipboard. Go to
Word and do paste.

2) Probably faster is to bring up the form, do a
File/Print (don't do a print from the icon on the
toolbar!), and check selected record. If you do from the
toobar, it prints ALL records!
