How do you make a shortcut for a sentence I use over & over?

When I'm in a meeting taking notes, I use the same sentence over and over,
and it would be much faster to do a key combination to have it automatically
come out on my screen.

You can create an AutoCorrect entry to insert the sentence in question. In
the AutoCorrect dialog box, click the AutoCorrect tab. Type in an
abbrevation, say "my sentence," and its replacement, say "This is the full
sentence I have to insert so frequently." When you are done, click Add.
Click OK to close the AutoCorrect dialog box.

To open the dialog box:

- Click Tools | AutoCorrect Options (Word 2003).

- Click Office button | Word Options, Proofing. Click the AutoCorrect
Options button. (Word 2007)

If you are in Word, type the sentence you use over and over; highlight it and
go to Insert>Autotext>New and name your auto text. When you start typing
that sentence it will pop up and if you hit enter it will auto fill.

For versions prior to Word 2007, your suggestion will work just fine, but
note that Word 2007 does not support AutoComplete for AutoText/Building
Blocks.

Autocorrect is the best option for this - though I would use a shorter
trigger combination than that suggested by Stefan e.g. #ms or vv - something
that doesn't usually come up in normal typing.

I should have clarified that "my sentence" was just a suggestion. Obviously
it will be easier to use something shorter. Also, you don't want something
that could be triggered by mistake, of course.
