How do you make contents of a page fit screen

How do you make the contents of a page NOT scroll off to the right & fit the
screen? HTML code??

You could put a table cell that is set to 100% of the page width. You can
make the cell border zero so it is not seen and it will fit the width of the
screen no matter what resolution a viewer is using.
