How do you make Office blue with the Royale theme?

How can I make Outlook 2003 be BLUE but use the Media Center style (as
opposed to the Windows XP one)?

If I use the Media Center theme it makes Office go grey, but if I use XP it
is blue. I want Blue Office but MCE theme.

Any ideas?
