How do you make pronunciation (diacritical) marks?

Does anyone know how to make diacritical marks for pronunciation in
Excel? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

- System Preferences
- International
- Input Menu
- Ensure 'Keyboard Viewer' & 'Show input menu in menu bar' both ticked


Now when selecting your language flag from the menu bar, select 'Show
Keyboard Viewer', and just play around with OPTION & COMMAND keys - the
available marks (i.e OPT + u for a dieresis) will be highlighted at the
relevant key on the little k.b display.

Long-winded I know, but you should soon learn them.
