How do you make your custom web address?

I have only published on msnusers.com since it is free and I have a long
site address how do you make a custom short adress?

Register a domain name with a company that has what is called "URL Grabber"
or similar functions. It takes the long URL and converts to your domain
name. Try some place like www.buydomains.com
