How do you mark text as "Do not check spelling or grammar."?

I saved my company logo and signature as an HTML. Then I copied and pasted
this into an Outlook signature.

Now, when we type below the logo, spell check does not work. But for text
above the logo it does work. We get a message that says, "spell check
complete - text marked with do not check spelling or grammar was skipped."

Anyone know how to reactivate spell check and still keep my logo in the sig?
