How do you Migrate Custom Categories to Other Users in outlook 200

I am try to set an office standard and want to know how do you Migrate Custom
Categories to Other Users in outlook 2007? I have found info on older
versions but not on 2007.

You can use Group Policies to deploy an office wide standard regarding
categories.
