how do you move the right-hand scroll down bar to the left?

I am left-handed and have just bought an HP iPAQ hx2000. The scroll bar is
on the right-hand side, as it is in Microsoft Outlook and I was wondering if
it is possible to move it to the left-hand side as I am blocking the screen
with my hand when using the tool.
