How do you not print selected text!

Dave

I want to put instructions on a document but I do not
want them to print. In Excel, I would make a TEXT BOX
and un-select the Print Object box. How do you do this
in Word? I see under Tools, Options, Print, Drawing
Objects that I can turn off printing on all objects. Is
there a way to not print some text without turning off
printing of all objects?

You can format the text as Hidden or Font Color: White.
