How do you print on a bulletin board border that is 4"x36"?

Using Microsoft Word and WordArt I would like to be able to print messages on
the borders that teachers use to outline (go around) their bulletin boards.

I'm probably asking the wrong people, I'm sorry. I just thought someone
might know how to use microsoft word and wordart to print on a border that is
4" wide and 36" long. These are strips of paper that outline a bulletin
board in the classroom. I'm only able to get microsoft word to print 22"
long. Could I be limited by my printer's length? Thanks for your time and
consideration.

There are many newsgroups for Word. Try one of those.

Word has a 22" limitation. Publisher can print any length, albeit tiled. If your
banner is 4" long you can setup a custom size and divide the page into 3 or 4
separate segments. For instance, if you do a page setup landscaped, 4 inches
long and 8 inches wide, Publisher will print 2 per sheet, saving you paper. You
could do the same in Word. This would eliminate the 22 inch issue.
