How do I put a circle or oval around a word and?

How do I put a circle or oval around a word and?

With the Oval object in the Drawing toolbar. You can hold the Shift key
while drawing to make sure it's a circle. After drawing it in place, set the
fill to none (that's another button on the Drawing toolbar).
