how do you put in background music?

I need to put background music on my website for school the school uses the
program NVU and I know how to background music because the school computers
use quickplay player and mine does windows media player and I don't know to
work with that

Are saying that you know how to add music using the school computer ("I know
how to background music")?

If so, what is the problem?
