How do you read all Enterprise custom fields in VBA

In MS Project Pro 2007 how can I read all enterprise custom field names
(Project, Task, Resource) using VBA?

I know how to get the value for enterprise fields. that's doable by
providing the enterprise custom field name. but in this case I want to get a
list of enterprise custom field names, all of them.

I believe that the only way to do this is to retrieve this data from the
PSI.
