How do you remove duplicates calender entries

I have outlook at work and at home. I export from work and import to home. Then I sync to my Palm. Now I have double or triple of the same entries. How can I delete some or all entries and start with a fresh import??

The manual way: Switch to an unfiltered table view of your Calendar folder,
such as By Category, then sort by date. Highlight each of the unwanted
entries (you can use the SHIFT and CTRL keys to select multiple items) and
then press Delete.
