How do you remove the username, subject, when printing an email?

?I am trying to print out an email without displaying my username and the
email send details, subject etc. as the header on the email. It doesn't seem
to allow this change on the print styles options, does anyone know how to
change this?

If you edit the message & change the format to HTML, you can print a
selection. You cannot do this in plain text messages.
