How do you rename a subpage created by exporting an Outlook email?

I created the page by clicking the OneNote icon in Outlook, but OneNote gave
it the "subject" field as its name. Bad name; need to rename it.

At the top of the subpage is the title of the document....just type over
whatever is in the dotted line box.
