How do you repeat a task update?

I have an administrator who has incorporated the task
updates from Project Web Access into his project file, but
the Project file has corrupted. He has therefore opened up
an older backup copy of the file from several days ago. I
need to know how he can repeat his task updates from the
previous several days. Is there anyone that can help me?

Hi Mike,

Sorry about the delay.

First off, consider following the steps in KB Article #: 318438 to fix a
corrupted file before recovering.

So, to answer the question, have the PM select the tasks to re-update, go to
"Collaborate->Publish->Republish Assignments" and check the "Overwrite
Actual Work Entered by Resources".

The team member should have an updated time sheet to update the task again.
