how do you reset the msword menu bar to default setting?

I messed up and deleted "veiw, insert, table...etc" off of my msword menu bar
and cannot figure out how to reset it to default settings. Does anyone have
any ideas? I can reset the file, edit, etc.. menus, just not the very top
menu bar that starts with "file, edit...." HELP!!

In the last menu, Help click Detect and Repair
Select the second checbox, or both to have shortcuts restored and click
Start

Tools > Customize or (if you've messed up your tools menu, right click on
any toolbar and select Customize)

Toolbars tab
(Scroll down and)Select "Menu Bar"
Press Reset

I would do that, but you see.... I don't have the "Help" in the menu!
That's the problem. I took out everything. But, not to worry. I went into
customize with a right click and found "Built-in menus" under the categories
in the Commands tab and just dragged and dropped "View, Insert.....Help,"
back onto the msword menu back. Why I didn't these all day yesterday I don't
know.... Nevertheless, thanks for the input.
