how do you resolve error message (cyclic redundancy check)?

I am trying to analyze Access 2002-03 database. I have Vista 2007 Access.
When I try to open the db, I get an error message (cyclic redundancy check)
and it will not open the db. Another laptop has Access 2002-03 Access and
can open the db without any problem.
Can you help me resolve this issue?
What do I need to do to the db?
