how do you retrive a delted distribution list?

Hi, i am using Outlook 07 and when I went to delete a member from the
distribution list the whole list was delted. How can I retrive this list?
It had over 2oo people on it. Thanks

It's in the Deleted Items folder. Next time, click the Remove button.

thanks for the reply but we did look in the delete file and it wasa not there
that is why I was asking.

Then you must have emptied the folder or you were using a view that hid it.
