How do you save just an image(not entire page) out of a document?

A few days ago I put a picture into a document I was making. The picture I
used was somehow deleted and I cannot find it now.
What I want to do is save the image from the document I placed it into.
However I cannot find an option to do so.
I have found an option to replace that image with another ect. But not a
way to save just that image out of my document.
Any help is greatly appreciated,

In the File SaveAs dialog, select the Web Page option as the way in which
you want the file saved. The image will then be placed into a separate
folder with the folder name being the name under which you save the file.
